Complaints Process

Should you unfortunately have a complaint about the services I have provided, please contact me first at kim@kmcounselling.info with your concerns. If we cannot reach an agreement, I will direct you to the correct governing body to contact.

Important Information

  • Please arrive on time

  • Emergency toilet access only

  • No food please, however drinks allowed

  • Ring Doorbell records visitors for security reasons only

  • Payment due at least 24hrs in advance

Cancellations:

  • 48+ hrs notice: no charge

  • Less than 24hrs: no refund

  • If I cancel: Full refund or reschedule
