Intensive Half-Day Session
£500 per session, can book 1-3 sessions in advance
This is a bespoke, highly focused 4-hour session designed for clients who want to make significant progress in a shorter time. Unlike weekly therapy, an intensive allows us to work deeply without interruptions, helping you address core issues more quickly. Your booking includes:
• Pre-session assessment & personalised plan
• 4 hours of dedicated, uninterrupted therapy
• Breaks to process & reflect during the session
• Tailored resources to continue your work at home
• Post-session follow-up to consolidate progress
Due to the deep and emotionally demanding nature of this work, availability is limited to ensure I can give my full attention and energy to each client.
Mediation
£80 Per session
Mediation provides a structured, neutral space for people in conflict to be heard and work towards resolution. Unlike therapy, which focuses on emotions and personal growth, mediation is about practical problem-solving and reaching agreements that feel fair and balanced. I provide mediation for couples, families, and others in dispute, helping to:
Improve communication and reduce misunderstandings
Identify underlying needs and concerns
Explore fair and realistic solutions
Create respectful, balanced agreements
